Sachin's Take : Generative AI has been made observable impact in marketing, sales and customer support.


When friends ask me if Generative AI is just hype, my response is emphatic: 'No, it's a game-changer.' Gen AI is already revolutionizing various organizational functions, significantly boosting employee productivity. And we're just getting started - currently at version 0.1. I'm excited to see the numerous success stories that will unfold in the years to come.

  1. Content Creation and Personalization: Generative AI can produce blogs, social media updates, email campaigns, and more, at scale. It also easily personalize content for specific audience segments, enhancing engagement.

  2. Ad Copy and Campaign Optimization (MY FAV): AI can generate multiple versions of ad copy, headlines, and creative elements for digital ads, helping marketers quickly A/B test and optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data.

  3. Customer Insights and Segmentation: Generative AI analyses vast datasets to uncover insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends. It helps marketers create better-targeted campaigns by automatically segmenting audiences and suggesting actionable strategies for each group.
